Right of Withdrawal:

According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, in Article 103 l), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential use, transportation of goods, car rental, food, or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

General Purchase Conditions

You may cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. To do so, please contact us via email: info@mimokafibers.com

If you have already received it and found a problem or, for any reason, are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 7 business days from the receipt of the order.

This right of return will only apply to products that retain their original packaging in good condition. Products that are incomplete, damaged, or used will not be accepted. The amount paid by the customer for shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

During the validity of the State of Alarm or its possible extensions, the periods for returning products purchased by any means, whether in person or by mail, are suspended. The periods will resume as soon as Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, 2020, declaring the State of Alarm, or its extensions, cease to be in effect.

Return Methods

Mimoka will do everything in its power to refund the money to the customer as quickly as possible. However, it reserves a maximum period of 15 days from the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse.

If you used a credit card as the payment method, the money will be refunded to the same card, and you will be able to see it in your next bank statement.

If you paid by cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank details (IBAN and SWIFT) to process the refund via bank transfer.

We Offer a Guarantee

In the case of a defective product, Mimoka will proceed as appropriate with the repair, replacement, or price reduction of the product. These procedures are free of charge for the customer.

Mimoka is responsible for any non-conformity with the purchased product that appears within two years of the delivery of the order. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the non-conformity within one month of becoming aware of it.

Refund of Shipping Costs

We only refund shipping costs on orders where the return is the responsibility of Mimoka. This applies to defective products or damages during shipping.

However, if an order consists of several items and only one has a problem, only the cost of that product will be refunded. Shipping costs and the cost of the other products will not be refunded.

Product Exchanges

Product exchanges are carried out according to the previously mentioned conditions.

If, for any reason, an exchange for a specific product is not possible, its value will be refunded.

If the exchange is due to no longer wanting the product or a color change, the shipping costs for receiving the new product will be borne by the customer.
